There was a time when a certain king practiced Buddhism every day here, leading to this place being termed ‘Wat Uborsoth Rotannaram’. There’s an awesome historical tale behind the whole location and, of course, the pagoda itself. You’ll also get to see the 1,650 art objects in here and a gold Buddha statue weighing 90 kgs and decorated with 2,086 diamonds, among other amazing sights that have stood the test of time.
