1. Boracay

5. Banaue Rice Terraces Philippines

6. Tubbataha Reefs

Tubbataha Reefs in Philippines is a very important bio-habitat in this area supporting diverse marine life.  Discovered by divers in the seventies, this spectacular coral reef provides invertebrate larvae and fish to Palavan’s eastern coastline and to the Sulu Sea.

7. Taal Volcano

One of the most beautiful caldera volcano, Taal Volcano features a 15 x 20 kilometer wide Talisay filled with a lake. This volcano continues to be dangerous due to its active nature. Since 1572, at least 6 dangerous eruptions have been recorded here. Not necessarily a favorite destination in Philippines tourism, it is a must visit spot for adventure seekers.

8. Malapascua Island

Malapascua Island is a diver’s paradise where tourism has been growing. Located in the middle of the Coral Triangle, this island features diverse marine life including the mandarin fish, white tip sharks, hammerhead sharks, cuttlefish, frogfish, pygmy seahorses and more. Divers come here to enjoy spectacular night dives, muck dives, caves and wall dives.

9. San Agustin Church

Founded in 1571, San Agustin Church is one of the oldest in Philippines. Every Saturday, this church celebrates devotion to Nuestra Senora dela Consolacion y Cirrea. The eastern portion of the chapel features the tomb of the city of Manila founder El Adelentado Miguel Lopez de Legaspi.

10. Donsol

Donsol bay is one of the popular snorkeling destinations in Philippines. Experienced guides and spotters take tourists on a small boat to enjoy interactions with whale sharks. As soon as a whale shark is spotted, the boat is positioned in such a manner that you can jump into the water before the shark reaches you and swim along with them.
