The Frauenkirche is located in the east of Marien Square and is considered to be the most popular tourist attraction in Munich, making it a must-visit site for any kind of traveler. The visitors of the church can climb up the 99 meters high towers or see “the devil’s footprint”, which, according to a local legend, has remained till today, after the architect of the church made a deal with the devil who helped him to construct the Frauenkirche.
